Lust at First Sight There is a thin line when it comes to lust and love. Love and lust are often confused because they seem to be alike. In reality Lust and Love are two completely different relationships. The relationship between these words certainly vary in interpretation. A person that lusts desires sexual and sensual pleasure while a person in love sees beyond physical appearance and simply takes the person for who they are underneath. Lust and Love tend to develop several ways to compare them with the relationship between two people, the values that each hold and what drives them. However, they both have a high degree of intensity. Love is an intense emotion, state, and feeling. Lust is a burning desire or passion based on their partner's appearance. Regardless both are known to be very driven. Love is developed state. It is prominent and unmistakable when it happens. Lust can only be mistaken for love if they have never been in love. Lust can push people to go to the extremes to fulfill their needs. Love is patient. It sits waiting for the right person to come along and waits for them to feel the same way. But the journey is miraculous. Lust is quick and dies out fast. While lust may be more exciting when it happens it doesn't compare to the feeling of being in love. Love and lust has been around for thousands of years and it’s not going to leave anytime soon. The relationships, values, and drives between lust and love contrast one another. The relationships between two people when lust and love are involved can expand anywhere from a hookup to a long term relationship. The values seem to not connect at all when these two words are involved. Both of their drives are intense but waver when it comes to why.
