Tell a detention story.
Last year I got a lunch detention it lasted three days. Lunch detention was loud; everyone was talking about inappropriate things, how they got their lunch detentions, and not doing the work they were supposed to. I couldn’t work on anything that got handed to me and I was stressed the whole time. I feel that meditation would be way better than a detention because it helps the student relax the mind and body muscles. Mediation can help the student better in school too by relaxing the mind, not thinking so hard, and concentrating on what needs done.
What benefits were given to support meditation replacing detention?
