Lunar Colony Dbq Essay

“Teamwork coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress. working together is success,” (Henry Ford). The United States has been given the task of creating a lunar colony. With this mission we need to be thoughtful and specific when we pick the people to go on this mission. As the late Ford said we need the right type of people to work together to make the lunar colony a success. To begin the selection process we need to look at different types of citizens and what they can bring to the mission. So out of the 1,000 people we need bring the right mix of good citizens to produce a stronger community.. This is why I am proposing that we should bring 650 personally responsible citizens, 250 participatory citizens, and 100 justice oriented citizens to the lunar community.
There should be 650 personally responsible citizens in the lunar colony. One example is that in document A, it shows that parents fancy their child to grow up to be responsible and good citizens. One example is that in document B, it shows that there was a citizen name Brady, she did plenty of things to help the community to be a better place and plan events that are helpful. This proves that there should be 250 participatory citizens to form a good lunar community because there could be good causes to plan events to help the community.
