BUSN642: Nonprofit Chart of Accounts A chart of accounts in the most basic definition is a list of accounts that is used to show the various accounts that meet the needs of the organization; and although all chart of accounts may contain some general areas of focus and categories, each organization may vary in some of the details of the accounts listed. The larger and more complex an organization may be, the more accounts it may have, which is why it is important that chart of accounts be numbered in a logical way and follow any standards for its specific industry (NetMBA, n.d.). Accounts will vary according to the organization. Many organizations may now use accounting software to aggregate information into their financial statement (Accounting Tools, n.d.). The chart of accounts is important because an organized list of accounts data lays the foundation for keeping track of any transactions going in and out of the organization and provides the status of the accounts to those making decisions internally…

INT 420 Deona Sherrill Paper #1 There are literally thousands of web sites out there that claim to be news sources and many of these web sites are conspiracy sites and/or groups who think they can publish rumors as facts. This can wreak havoc on the internet and in some people’s lives and I think it is highly unethical to publish anything that has not first been proven to be true by finding the basis for their stories on facts and not rumors. I remember one story that flew the rumor mill last May about how the US Military was going to invade Texas or put Texas under Martial Law or at the very least was training our troops on how to put the entire United States under Martial Law. In reality, some of our special op troops were being brought…

According to Drugs, Society, and Criminal Justice, outlaw motorcycle gangs and street gangs have been credited as the two types of organized crime in America since the 1980's (Levinthal, 2012). However, both criminal organizations have various gangs that are identifiable by crimes they commit, how they are committed, and where they are committed, just as each gang has their friends and foes. " Gang members who sell drugs are significantly more violent than gang members who do not sell drugs and are more violent than drug sellers who do not belong to gangs", (Levinthal, 2012, p. 107).…
