The manifesto is made up of motivational quotes and wise words. These statements are to encourage customers and employees to be themselves, to have fun, value family and friends, exercise and to value life. The manifesto, also reflects on
1. Employees making a buzz in store, this is created by managers hosting work out’s weekly with employee’s, leaders and managers are opened to feedback , get everyone involved specially on weekend activity’s and breakfasts, this keeps the work community together.
2. Employees are given a discount on clothing, they are also able to attend yoga/sweat it out sessions in the community. If they were the clothing they get reimbursed for promoting the gear. Lululemon get new stock in weekly, employees must look fresh and represent the company.
3. Employees are offered special training when starting up within the company.
4. Employees are given 4 shadow shifts, where they work in 4 different departments’ within the store. They are teamed up with a leader and taught everything. You are also offered a free yoga training day to get to know everyone and to get a feel of what it is like to be a part of the lululemon
