This plan will involve a budget that Luis Gonzalez can potentially assist in. The following will highlight and discuss the aspects the plan will need in order to be successful. To be more specific, the workshop will only occur once every school year. According to PayScale, the national hourly rate can range from $11.39 - $19.03 (“Financial Service Representative (FSR) Salary”). I decided it would be economically smart to pay the financial aid representatives $11.39 as they will only be assisting for an hour and a half. Therefore, the cost for the ten Rutgers representatives will be $11.39 an hour. The financial aid advisors would attend four high schools, and stay there for an hour and a half.
