Luis E. Garcia is an outstanding and responsible student, making him a perfect candidate for the Bill Gates Millennium scholarship. Having Luis as a student, seeing him how very responsible and an obedient student Luis is the reason why without a doubt Luis is an excellent choice for this scholarship.
I can see the passion and enthusiasm Luis has in learning new concepts every day. Luis has and continues to be very consistent with grades in my classes and other classes, ranging at high eighties and nighties. Doing so, Luis has been successful in maintaining a high GPA of 3.71.
