Luis Garavito was born January 25, 1957 in Genova Columbia. He was the oldest of 7 boys. He had a rough life style. He was beaten by his father and raped by 2 male neighbors several times. He left home when he was only 16 year’s old and started working as a store clerk. He also had only 5 years of school which put him behind a lot.
As the years went by Luis went from job to job in time he started to drink a lot at a young age to the point nobody wanted to be around him. He eventually ended up moving to a different town due to the fact nobody want him around in the town he was in. As he got a little bit older he tried suicide once but wasn’t successfully with it, at that time he did 5 years in psychiatric care.
In 1992 Luis Garavito was 35 years
