Ludwig Van Beethoven was a German classical composer in the 1800’s.
He was born into the music industry with both his father and grandfather being musicians themselves. He and his family became fairly poor after the death of his grandfather; with his father falling into alcoholism the young Beethoven had to be the one to not only hold the family together but also make enough money to take care of everyone, so by the time he was 11 he had to drop out of school to make money and take care of his family.
He began making some sort of traction with his music in his early teenage years, and slowly picked up from there. he started out as an organist, playing at church and opera houses, Then in the 1780’s the city he lived in was turned into a capital city, And his name started becoming more and more famous until maximilian Francis (archbishop-elector) was persuaded to send him to vienna to study with the great Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart at the school of music, Bonn!!!! …show more content…
Beethoven stayed at Bonn for five years.
After those five wonderful years at Bonn, Joseph von Breuning asked him to teach and instruct two of her four kids to play the piano, and he agreed. through Mme Von Breuning, Beethoven met a lot of people, which probably helped his name become more and more
