With an immense amount of passion for cooking and tons of experience, Luca De Negri is gaining a reputation worldwide as a unique sous chef with a lot of flair. He recently represented the itchefs-GVCI forum and presented a composition at the Italia A Tavola Awards along with Aira Piva. This Italian-born executive sous chef was hooked into the culinary world at a very young age. Having worked with world class hotels and restaurants such as the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Luca knows the tricks of the trade. Currently working as an Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah Beach, Dubai, he is constantly evolving as a chef and on the lookout for new tastes.
