LPHG response to this simulated incident was anemic at best. However, it will serve as a way to improve the organization disaster response. The team attempted to follow the (disaster preparedness plan) DPP. After setting up a command center, calls were made to the primary and alternate sites. A team member took notes about the incident, which included information about the injured and their needs. However, this document was incomplete; the contact information for the employees was missing and the document gave the members little or no instructions as to what to do next.
