In order for people to change they must actually want the change to happen. In my personal view I do not feel like there are very many people whom want to change their want of life. People seem to be very comfortable the way that they are living and if they were told to change the change may not last very long. These ideology of government educational programs is phenomenal the question in hand still stands will this be enough to get the family economic independence rate go up or will it simply make no difference due to our habitual behavior? While some people will take advantage of this others will fall back into their old habits because it is much easier to do as opposed to this new way which involves hard work. A perfect world is much further away than we expected it to
