But the overall satisfaction level in the low floor buses comes around 0.75 and this is a good indication for this service. Similarly commuters are most satisfied with fare in the minibuses and some other services like seat availability chances during the boarding and also with the reliability of the minibuses but on the negative hand user’ are most dissatisfied with the services like no passenger’s information system in the minibuses and no proper bus stops for the user’s of this service. Though the overall satisfaction level of this service is 0.50 but this is the alarming situation for the operators of …show more content…
