Low-Carb diet is one diet way for people who want to lose their weight by limits Carbohydrates. As you know that Carbohydrates are the starches, sugars, and fiber that can found in starchy vegetables, grains, legumes, and some fruits. For example, potatoes, corns, beans, and bananas. On the other hand, you should emphasize on Protein such as meat, egg, fish, and also eat non-starchy vegetable too. The fact shows that when you are in Low-Carb diet, you need Carbohydrate among 60 to 130 grams a day. So, the goals of using this way are to burn off the fat that stores in our body and to have a good health beyond weight
