How can low carb diet help you to lose your weight? Because low carb reduces the amount of carb you consume per day, it is also reduces the calories you take on per day. Therefore, when your body already burns all the calories from carb you take in that day; it turns to state called “ketosis” to the fat instead for energy. Carb is the most important and main source of energy.
