Philos is loving one another just like a brother or sister. Philos is the reason one person smiles to another as they pass each other on the street. When a human being saves a child’s kitten from a tree, Philos is at play. It is in everything we do for one another, from just holding open a door to giving a sad child a flower to make her day brighter. This is what God commanded for all believers to have for all people, whether they are followers of the Lord and his son or not, whether they’re a saint or not as well as whether they are a man or woman or child. Philos is characterized by an omnifarious amount of various experiences between a person as well as another person or amount of people. It is friendship defined in the very essence. It is the last term for love that the bible mentions and is defined as the best of all three loves that exist. Agape love is totally consuming, devouring all those who part take in it. This is what Jesus felt for all humanity even when humanity stoned, beat and berated him. His love and his Father, the Lords love, was so consuming and exponential that Jesus gave his life for his people no matter what they had done. Agape represents God 's love for his son, all his creations such as human beings, and anyone who believes in general. Agape is the love that shapes children’s worlds, that forms our society. That someone somewhere loves something so much they would die for it. Agape is the love soldiers feel for our country, the love man feels for the children he gave life to and the love that time and time again has given mankind another chance. This love, Agape, has existed since the dawn of time. It is more desirable as well as a love that completely and unequivocally transcends all other feelings and emotions in such a way that not even the most hateful being can resist it as it is simply not materialistic, it is
