Stephanie, Allie, and Maura all start planning the party and settle with Mexican chilli with a romantic dessert. The next day, has a very serene and amazing run with Alex to prepare him for his track meet. It was one hundred times than she had expected. At this moment in time, Stephanie had started falling in love with Alex and his kind compliments and gorgeousness. She started thinking, “No wonder Darcy was so crazy about him!”. One day, Stephanie and Alex sat down and found a CD of the Vanishing Moon and find out that they both love it! Stephanie is getting dreamier and dreamier every second she looks into his eyes and of course, Michelle, ruins every moment by taking pictures of them two together. He called Stephanie’s friends losers and geeks which really upset Stephanie but she just kept going along with her bright smile. Stephanie’s aunt, Becky, walked into the room when Michelle was taking funny pictures of Alex and Alex immediately recognizes her and danny (Stephanie’s dad) from the morning TV chat and news show. Stephanie’s whole family thinks Alex is amazing and that just keeps contributing to how guilty Stephanie feels for stealing her best friend’s boyfriend. It gave Stephanie a bit of suspicion. Later, Stephanie finds Michelle’s picture of Stephanie and Alex kissing and she grabs and puts it on a high shelf. Alex calls Stephanie and tells her that he is going to break up with Darcy so that he can be with Stephanie. Stephanie doesn’t know what to do. Darcy happens to come over to apologise for not spending enough time with Stephanie and her friends and ends up knocking the photo on the floor. Before Stephanie could save herself, Darcy stares and crumbles up the photo, disgusted, and slams the door on the way
