There has not been a comprehensive goal setting for other officers in the colony. The colony’s executive board should have a goal-setting retreat where they create personal, semester, and yearly goals, which are measureable and specific to each position. The colony should keep record of these goals for transparency and accountability.
• Officer Transitions o There have been several officer turnovers in the organization over the past semester. The current structure does fully prepare each officer. The officer transition process should include: a sit-down discussion with the outgoing officer, goal-setting, and follow ups from the outgoing officer for the first 30 days. This will allow officers to understand their roles and allow them to succeed.

• Accountability o The colony has an issue with executing events, plans and ideas. The colony should look into utilizing goals and timelines more efficiently. The new member educator should look into creating the program to fit a facilitation model where new members are able to discuss material, have deeper level discussions, and learn more effectively.
• Local Ceremonies o The new member educator has an idea of an activity that will promote values-based discussion. The new member educator should finalize the activity and include it into the new member education process. This will increase a stronger bond between the new member class as well as promote a values-based environment.

• Elect an Honor Board o The colony does not have an honor board. The colony should elect a honor board within the next two weeks. The honor board should also be given training that prepares them for executing the role successfully. The training should include, but is not limited to: bylaw training, MRG training, student legal services training, due process training, positive sanctioning training, and perform a mock trial.
