A graduate of Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Louis Paolino, Jr., holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering. Early in his career he owned and operated two different Philadelphia-based soil cleaning organizations. He sold Girard Point Transfer to Mid-American Waste Systems for $12 million in 1990 and USA Waste Services for $20 million in 1993. Other highlights of Louis Paolino Jr.’s career include serving nearly a decade as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and president of Mace Security International. While employed by Mace, he increased company asset valuation from $2.5 million to more than $60 million. He also presided over Mace’s purchase of Linkstar Interactive, a Internet-based digital marketing company that features a line health and beauty retail products.

Louis Paolino, Jr., is an accomplished entrepreneur who has served tenures as owner chief executive officer of Girard Point Transfer and owner/president of Soil Remediation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After selling Soil Remediation to USA Waste Services for a total of $20 million, he remained with USA Waste Services as a regional vice president of East Coast acquisitions and operations. Louis Paolino, Jr., went on to oversee operations as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and president of both Eastern Environmental Services and Mace Security International.

A current resident of Miami Beach, Florida, Louis Paolino, Jr., owns and operates Wenonah Investments/Canton Investments /Apogee 903 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Under Mr. Paolino’s direction, Wenonah/Canton/Apogee 903 builds properties from the ground up in the eastern United States. In addition to its primary market in the Hamptons of Long Island, New York, the organization also deals in multi-million-dollar developments in Ocean City, New Jersey and both Fort Lauderdale and Miami,
