He sold Girard Point Transfer to Mid-American Waste Systems for $12 million in 1990 and USA Waste Services for $20 million in 1993. Other highlights of Louis Paolino Jr.’s career include serving nearly a decade as chairman of the board, chief executive officer, and president of Mace Security International. While employed by Mace, he increased company asset valuation from $2.5 million to more than $60 million.
