Louis Nowra (known as Mark Doyle) was born in the December 12th 1950 in Melbourne, Australia. Nowra is currently known for his incredible writing capacities whilst his previous work has been featured in screenplays, newspaper articles, novels and his most success descends from being a playwright for onstage productions. Before becoming a playwright he previously studied at La Trobe University without taking a degree whilst working several different types of jobs during the mid 1970’s as his writing began to attract attention (Academy, 2014).
Nowra’s childhood wasn’t constantly happy due to his parents who had a difficult relationship with their son. As this
