Once I had a sleepover with my best friend Rachel. We stayed up until 2am, talking and having fun. I knew I had a soccer game in the morning the next day, but I just wanted to have fun. I had to leave at 6am because my soccer game started at 7:30am and I had to be there at 7am. I only 4 hours of sleep that night. During my soccer I was so tired. I had no energy to play, all I wanted to do was sleep! Anyways, sleep is important because it will affect how your day will be and is especially not good for your health. Loss of sleep affects your health and function.
Sleep is very important because loss of sleep can upset your body, and make you feel tired, and groggy. Sleeping in on the weekend could be a sign that you aren't getting enough sleep.
