Today I spoke to Loss Prevention Manager Jeffery Matweecha, he requested to have a conference call to discuss the removal of Security Officer Scott Brink and the staffing levels at AVP1. The reason LPM Matweecha wants Scott removed is because yesterday (7/18) LPM Matweecha performed a screening audit in which Scott Brink did not properly engage the associates. Then, LPM Matweecha retained the officer after the screening audit was performed. Later, Scott was observed by a Loss Prevention Specialist not obeying direct order that where given to him. This is not the first time that Scott Brink was spoken to by the client about not engaging the associate in a proper manner ( not standing at the screening, not being polite and courteous, and
