Los Angeles County Fire Department Case Study

My topic is about how the Los Angeles County Fire Department fail to follow its codes of conducts and how they manage to create nepotism and cheating in their hiring process. The purpose of analyzing this organization’s management is so we can understand how it applies to concepts such as ethics of leadership, leadership in the public service and organizational change.
In addition, I am going to analyze why it is important to provide recommendations for improving the recruiting and hiring of Los Angeles Firefighrers. Mentioning ways to improve the department’s hiring policies and practice can help firefighters to be more incline to succeded in the workplace.
