There are many different forms o governments, and each one has its own pros and cons.One of the downsides to a democracy is that it is harder to make decisions. An upside to a dictatorship is that decisions can be made quickly because only one person is in charge. This idea is shown in the book Lord of the Flies by William Golding. This book is about what happens to a group of British schoolboys after they become stranded on an island. Through the different leadership styles of two main characters, Jack and Ralph, we can develop an understanding of this idea.
