World 's one of the best scientist, Albert Einstein, once said," The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but those who watch them doing evil, and it might be right to say that Ralph and his group was trying to stand up for what was right, and get everyone rescued. In the novel, Lord of the Flies, a story centers on group of boys, who were dropped from a crushed plane on an uninhabited island struggling to survive, William Golding represents Ralph as chief, who is the commander of the island, takes care of everyone else in the island. Through Ralph, we can clearly see that mankind 's needs more leader like Ralph to keep the world happy and safe.
When Ralph is first introduced, he is described as a "chief, with blonde hair, looks like a boxer, and is initially chosen as leader due to his many positive qualities" (1) and (13). When we picture a boy with blonde hair, and looks like a boxer. We might think, he is very attractive and cares all about himself, but he might be attractive but he also cares about others and how they might get rescued. Then, Ralph and Piggy they go to Jack to get the glasses back. Ralph stood to Jack and his hunters and demanded the glasses back. Ralph and Jack starts to fight. Then, Roger throws a rock at Piggy, the rock kills Piggy immediately and crushed the conch into pieces (167) and (168). Jack went on to try to kill Ralph and lit the forest aflame, trying to burn Ralph up with the whole forest. Then, a military guy sees the fire smoke, he goes to the beach finds Ralph running and breathing heavily. Jack and his hunter arrives a moment later, then they all take off with the military guy.
