How does Bryon’s poetry represent the romantic movement? Lord Byron also know as George Gordon poetry was a different type of romanticism. Lord Bryon created characters that were melancholy, defiant, and with a secret guilt which made his readers want more of his visual pictures That’s what makes him such a brilliant writer because he changed the style of writing for Romanticism; he also inspired his predecessors such as John Keats to follow a similar style. The themes outlined in Romanticism consist of naturalism, where the thoughts are very simply and understandable, whether it is about broken souls or love that has flourished. The theme engrained in gothic evolves from what is written in most Fairy Tales, particularly Grimm Tales. It contains characters such as fairies, demons and various types of monsters. The theme of emotionalism has a combination of the Gothic and Fairy Tales because it involves emotions, such as fear, anger, love and sadness. The earth turns cold and gloomy the men starts to loose hope soon they turn on each other because they ran out of food supply. They were once hunter but now their scavengers, animals failing left and right from lack of nutrition, birds falling out the sky dying. The animals became the food once they ran out the human cannibals the darkness brought out the evil there was no love left. While Lord Byron and John Keats belong to the Romantic movement in literature, their style of writing was much different than the early Romanic poets. Keats and Byron focused on the concept of nature and love using different emotions and dialogue.
