Along with being part of the 55th district of Ohio, the major cities consist of Elyria, Lorain, Oberlin, Wellington, Avon, Sheffield Lake and Amherst. Depending on the areas of Lorain County, the ethnicity of people is widely diverse with a male dominate gender gap. Every industry from contracted homework to the Steel Mill has been significantly depleted by their employee numbers when it comes to hiring excellent employees of Lorain County. Our community has always strived on the blue collar work such as steel making and infrastructure development to our community. I want to bring back all of those jobs and permanently station them back in Lorain County. We want to put our county back on the map for all of Ohio to admire and respect.”
“Not only do I want to bring back so many current imported jobs but, also refurbish funding for public schools and their teachers. Our educators and schools have been ruined since this past decade, and this needs to stop! We need to educate the minds of these young people of Lorain County, and we can't possibly do it by the conditions they have to learn in. We need a more emphasis on trade schools and joint vocational schools. These institutions help develop student’s attributes to become carpenters, plumbers, person repairs, auto mechanics and other blue-collar occupations. When I bring back these once thriving jobs to our county, we need to teach our young minds of these skills so they can acquire these great jobs when people retire soon. We also have to realize that not everyone is fit for college. We have to have a more credible alternative, instead of forcibly having students attend a university for a measly year and get nothing out of it, besides college debt. These type of schools will help make our community more diverse as much as well rounded. Plus, they will bring more people to this area.
Now, I want to focus on the subject of ‘common sense' gun control. Gun control has been a cancer to every city, village, and town in the United States of America. People in our communities fail to realize that resisting law abiding citizens from carrying firearms give criminals the ability to cause more crime and rob more law-abiding citizens easier. I believe in a flatly opposed gun society that people can carry and protect themselves in the case of any intermediate danger to their self.
