Needless to say, the loopholes of the system makes things hard to keep people honest. Many Americans were very unhappy with the welfare system. The outsiders, not receiving welfare, believe and know some individuals who are abusing the system by not applying for jobs, having more children to receive more benefits, and staying unmarried so they can qualify for greater benefits (U.S.). It is no surprise that Americans believe it is so easy to abuse the system. Some say it is as easy to benefit up to sixty-nine thousand dollars paid by the working class on top (Hickford). They are not using the money for their kid, or their family who needs it to get back on their feet, but they are using it to by drugs. Every drug cheat caught while benefitting from any welfare program can save a state five-hundred and sixty dollars. Many Americans have found effective ways to cheat the system. There are fourteen effective, proven steps that many cheating people use to claim benefits easy. The first step is to not get married. That way the recipient will remain single and living alone in the government’s eyes. The second step is to have a couple kids with their girlfriend/boyfriend. If the government thinks the recipient is raising children alone they will give out more money and higher benefits. The third step is to use the recipient’s parents mailing address. All the recipient’s mail should be sent to the recipient’s parents house. Once the recipient buys a house, the fourth step, then he/she should rent the house out to their girlfriend/boyfriend. This leads to the sixth step which states in Section eight of the Welfare Reform Bill will pay nine-hundred dollars a month to the recipient’s girlfriend/boyfriend for the three bedroom home. Then the recipient’s boyfriend/girlfriend woul sign up for Obamacare, because Obamacare is so effective and such a great program to use. Obamacare actually is not a good system at all, it is probably the dumbest program Obama has ever made or created because it put this great country in so much more debt. Better yet being a single mother, the girlfriend in the couple can attend college for free. A single parent will receive four-hundred for food stamps. Also as a single parent will receive a free cell phone.
