On two seperate occassions this past week mistakes were made during lessons. I made a mistake on an assessment paper and copied the wrong side of the quiz and Mrs. Doss made a mistake and copied the wrong set of words for the entire class during word study. It really helped having 2 people in the classroom so new copies could be made and brought in ASAP. We were both able to laugh about it later in the day and realized we both were having a rough morning. I know that in a normal classroom you wont always have 2 people or a teachers aide to be able to fix mistakes.…

My desire to become an aerospace engineer was cemented when I had the opportunity to attend Space Camp in Huntsville, Alabama while in middle school. I already had a general fascination with space, just like many other kids, but I didn't have practical knowledge. After one week, I could explain how every stage of a space shuttle worked, from stabilizers to engines, how the thermal tiles in different areas of the shuttle performed, and even how to land one. Since then, I've made an effort to learn about the various physics of flight and how many different kinds of craft work and perform under different conditions, and I'd like to be able to graduate with my…
