The supply chain drivers are divided into two groups which are logistics drivers and cross functional drivers. Logistics drivers include facilities, inventory, and transportation while cross functional drivers are include pricing, information, and sourcing. Logistics drivers mean that the function is related to logistics activities that are driving the entire supply chain. Meanwhile, the cross functional drivers mean that each and every function is related with other functions. All of these drivers are important for the supply chain management.

It is the biggest driver compared to other five drivers of supply chain because it affects all the other drivers. The most important data in this driver is customer’s needs and wants since it will influence other drivers. For example, the quantity of production, stock, facilities, and price will decide based on the customer expectation, needs and wants. The company provided fresh cream cake, butter cake with different flavor, taste and design to increase the customer satisfaction. Recently, fashionable and 3D cake are become a trend and popular. Thus, Bread Garden Bakery also provided fondant cake to achieve the customer needs and wants. The customer can design the fondant cake with put in their photo or design the cake in 3D with different cartoon or models. Since the cost of the fondant cake is high, it is time consuming and the customer only need it in some festival, so Bread Garden Bakery only provided pre order service for fondant cake and not provided the inventory for this type of
