Lockheed Martin is traded on the New York Stock Exchange as LMT. The 2016 Lockheed Martin Annual Report provides a wealth of information regarding financial reporting and analysis. In this paper, I will look at my chosen company, Lockheed Martin, and the use of stocks by Lockheed Martin in the overall financial strategy of the corporation. In this analysis, I will analyze Lockheed Martin’s stock structure, history of the company’s growth, and how the corporation’s stock compares to the market and competitors. Additionally, I will discuss the risks level associated with stock usage by Lockheed Martin. Regarding Lockheed Martin’s capital structure, at the close of the 2016 fiscal year, Lockheed Martin cash and cash equivalents equaled $1.8
