Local Jail Case Study

I was given the task of interviewing a prisoner at a local jail in our community. In the beginning of the interview the prisoner just wanted to share his experience on the way people are treated in the system. After spending time with the inmate, he began to trust me and wanted to share some important information with me. The young man explained he had overheard a few of the prisoners talking about a potential break out that was going to take place in the prison later that night. He felt that he could not go to the authorities to report the incident himself because he would receive some type of backlash from the other inmates. The inmate asked me to take the information that he was sharing and turn it over to the proper authorities. He
