The issue of inequality was also brought to my attention when spending a week's work experience at Le Rondin School & Centre, supporting children with special needs. In my work experience, there was great emphasis on teamwork whilst also being able to hold my own on an individual level; leading learning projects. As the children had a range of learning abilities you had to be adaptable in order to create unique techniques to aid their learning, such as using symbols or pictures for autistic children.
