Interest groups are the associations of people who hold common views and work to influence what government does. While researching, texts written about Lobbyists and interest groups in Texas, I found a few news articles and most of the information from the link provided at TSRPAC website. I came to know that Lobbying is a important element of the path between people and their public officials. However, from the websites, that providing safety, training on shooting sports, wildlife conservation and giving knowledge about public issue is the role of TSRPAC. I think that there should be no restrictions on interest groups because they help representative in policy making. Interest groups that are grown in every communities of all societies from smaller organizations to boarder organization just like military. They have influential voice in society and play a certain role. They change generally in their way and lobbying plans both inside and across political systems. This link provides deep study that explains these changes and the part that interest groups play in society. By collecting funding from people, it becomes easier for them to make their work or project successful. But sometimes funding’s can be more than the required so government should make limitations on the funding’s amount so that corruption doesn’t takes place. In many news articles topics related to corruption done by interest group related to funding’s had been hot issues. Lobbyists are more paid, respected. So, things like corruption can also take place. Sometimes having more funding’s can have negative sides too. People who is really trying to make change in society might not get favor because of low funding’s.
