The sloppiest type of employee is The Messy Mexican Pizza who is the sluggard of the crew. This employee shows up late to work on a regular basis, but rarely shows up late enough to result in his termination. Furthermore, The Messy Mexican Pizza calls in “sick” at least once a week, and his sickness is hardly every genuine. Rarely does this employee complete any of his cleaning, for he claims that he doesn’t “make enough” in order to successfully accomplish the cleaning duties assigned to him. When I worked at Taco Bell, the Mexican Pizza was one of the toughest items to prepare. I could hardly ever cook one without either getting sauce in the box or sprinkling the proper measurements on the top. This food item is one of the most complex and …show more content…

Regularly, this employee grumbles about her ex-boyfriend or her overprotective mother. Furthermore, she hates her job and does not hesitate to constantly remind her coworkers about how much she hates her job. During dinner rush, she is the absolute worst employee to work with. The Loaded Potato Griller panics and inappropriately handles these taxing situations. In addition, she lets her anxiousness affect how she acts towards customers and her coworkers. When customers complain about their order or their bill, The Loaded Potato Griller over-dramatizes the situation and prompts her coworkers to panic as well. The Ideal Crunchy Taco completes all of her work in a swift manner, and she does so with an overly optimistic attitude. This extremely optimistic employee will do whatever it takes to make Employee of the Month and to uphold this position. Unlike The Cunning Cheesy Roll-Up, The Ideal Crunchy Taco utilizes her good deeds in order to get on the boss’ good side. The Crunchy Taco menu item has a tough outer shell filled with savory ingredients. The Ideal Crunchy Taco employee resembles the food item because this employee makes it seem like she has a tough, perfect outer shell. However, this employee hides her true, flavorful personality within this tough shell so as not to reveal the possibilities of the imperfections that she may have hidden deep within her shell. Her unwillingness to accept imperfection can come as a disadvantage in the workplace. This employee may make take a longer amount of time to complete a task because of her stubbornness and perfectionism. The Ideal Crunchy Taco is a reliable and strong-willed employee, who refuses to accept
