Lizzie Borden was one of the famous murdered cases in the United States. On August 4, 1892 she was accused of committing a double parricide. Lizzie Borden grew up in Fall Rivers, Massachusetts. Her father Andrew Borden was a very hardworking respected man in the community. He was wealthy and had a few luxuries. At the age 2, Lizzie’s mother died of uterine congestion and spine disease. When Lizzie mother passed, he remarried to Abby Borden. Abby Borden was Lizzie’s stepmother. She was uncompassionate and Lizzie disliked her for that. Growing up, Lizzie had a trouble childhood.
