This means that once he or she feels that your mouth is dry he or she needs to counteract it by drinking water. Thirsty could be seen as a good or bad thing. If he or she is making a guy or girl uncomfortable with the attention that is he or she should understand what they are doing is wrong. For example, he or she has a girl’s phone number for class but he or she is constantly texting her telling her how beautiful she is and how he or she should date.
