Living On Mars Persuasive Essay

Humans are destroying Earth and won’t stop because they don’t think about what they are doing. If the government does not do anything about their actions another solution might be to try to live on Mars. President Obama and President Trump have been supporting Nasa to be able to send people to Mars by the 2030’s. Astronauts have had many “trials” (living in a small space with other people for 6-12 months) around the world. Nasa thinks it will take about 6 months each way to Mars and the astronauts would have to live on Mars for about 2 years as they wait for the planets to realign for their trip home. The astronauts have a plan to colonize Mars, grow plants and reproduce animals so one day humans can live on Mars. Colonizing Mars should happen because we will need another place to live because people are destroying the world, if humans start to live on Mars we have more room to repopulate and there might be new materials to try to build new gadgets to help us explore space with on Mars.
Earth was created for a reason and life is that reason. Earth was a gift to humans but humans are destroying it and soon humans and

Since astronauts might colonize Mars, they need to be able to bring some kind of animal up onto Mars so then they can reproduce and have more food to feed the humans who might be living on Mars someday. After some time of living on Mars, NASA will have to send up more food because otherwise the astronauts might run out of food. If NASA decides to send up chicken into space for the astronauts to eat, they would get tired of just eating chicken when the other food runs out. On the flight to Mars the astronaut will probably bring eggs instead of chickens so they will not have to feed the animals. Will animals be able to live on Mars? That is also a question that NASA and other space agencies are wondering

In August of 1992, just four months after Chris walked alone into the wild, his perishing body was found by a party of moose hunters. Chris went into the wild hoping to get away from corrupt society and to live a transcendentalist lifestyle. His bold journey was going well until he made a silly mistake when he came across seeds from the wild potato. Fifty-six hours into NASA’s third attempt to land on the moon, Houston radioed the spacecraft with a seemingly-innocent request. Following NASA’s instructions, the astronauts turned on the hydrogen and oxygen stirring fans in order to obtain more accurate readings. Two minutes later, an oxygen tank exploded. Electrical power and the altimeter readings began to fluctuate wildly. Communications were briefly lost.…

Over the past century we have seen not only our population skyrocket, but also our technological capacity increase exponentially. My worldview, primarily eco-centric, is focused on the incredible potential of technology to create sustainable harmony between humanity and the earth. We have gotten to a point in our evolution where it will be impossible to revert to our pre-industrial state. Our resources are limited and should not be wasted, this traces back to the fundamental property of the universe: energy and matter cannot be created or destroyed; it can only be converted between forms. So much matter is wasted and converted into a state in which it is impossible to recover it, and instead of draining the earth we should be focusing on developing inexhaustible…
