Integration depicts to the art of bringing people together irrespective of their forms of social affiliations. Integration implies that people work together as human beings without any barriers emanating from ethnicity and racism.
Segregation on the other hand depicts to discriminative prejudices that emanate from ethnic and racial biases. Through segregation people devalue each other and see their colleagues as enemies (Merino 45). Segregation means that people cannot embrace diversity but rather capitalize on differences as weaknesses rather than strengths.
