This image shows two girls sitting next to each other on the floor of a library. One of the girls is Caucasian with shoulder length brown hair. The other, we assume, is African American with brown pigtails and she is wearing a pink band. They are each wearing long sleeve shirts, long pants, and normal shoes. There is nothing unusual about the psychical appearance of either of the girls. However, both girls are holding something. The African American girl is holding a copy of “Little Red Riding Hood” and the Caucasian girl is holding a heavy artillery weapon. This is what makes the scene look unusual. The rest of the scene shows a typical library with shelves filled with books, an American flag, a rocking chair, and a cart with books on it. …show more content…
It states: “One child is holding something that’s been banned in America to protect them, guess which one.”, “Moms demand action for gun sense in America”, Momsdemandaction.org”. In a less literal way, it’s stating that the weapons shouldn’t be legal, as they are incredibly dangerous while the book isn’t in any way. The story highlights the corruption of the nobility and how helpless people are to do anything about it.
