The story of the “Little Red Riding Hood” is descendent of an early tale by German Folklorist Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. The early version written by the brothers known as The Little Red Cap Features a little Girl that is on her way to her grandmas when she is interrupted by a wolf. And her Grandmother is eaten by the wolf by the time that the little girl reaches her Grandma’s house. However, in the version that I am familiar with the wolf follows the young girl to her grandmas and tries to get inside but they trick the wolf into falling into boiling hot water where he dies.
