In the story, 12 Again, the author teaches us a lesson about how you have to enjoy life while you can because time flies by. 12 Again, by Sue Corbett, has a great storyline that takes place in Long Island, California where a boy, Patrick McBride, tries to solve the mystery of his missing mother. Patrick tries everything to find his mother, from sneaking into his deceased grandmother’s backyard to find a key to her house, to making an elixir for his mother to become a grown woman again after being a twelve-year old girl for three months.
