I chose the book “The Most Dangerous Game” by Richard Connell. The genre of this book is fiction. There are three literary terms that Connell uses. The first one is plot, which is the story line to the story. The second one is suspense, which is the reader’s feeling of curiosity, uncertainty, or even anxiety about the outcome of the events. The last one is surprise ending, which is a plot twist at the end of the story. The author uses these three elements to entertain the reader.
