This experience has allowed me the opportunity to immerse myself into the role of a literacy coach. During this semester, I was able to experience many of the coaching roles. One goal that I will continue to work on is time management. Dealing with daily scheduling conflicts and the flexibility of the change of the school day schedule will be an inevitable struggle. One way I could achieve mastery of this goal would be to take on a full time coaching position rather than teaching and coaching. I am a fulltime teacher, so it was hard to find time blocks to work with teachers and PLCs.
