One thing I do that helps me manage stress is listen to music. I have always had a love and an appreciation for every kind music. I can listen and hear all the hard work it took to create the different harmonies, the effort it took to write lyrics that work perfectly, and I can get lost in it and not worry about anything. I can also hear all the different instruments that were used and how creative the beats can be. The more I hear a song the more I analyze the lyrics and hear new meanings to what they are saying that I have never noticed before. Everytime I listen to a new song I take away something different or learn something knew about it.
