2. General McChrystal states that throughout his years served in the military, he was in charge of different troops often and of course each troop always different from the last. He states that in our lives, we will always have new employees and they will be more advanced in certain fields such as technology or maneuvers than what we are accustomed to. He says that people smile at least 20 times per day but the ones with real superpowers are children who smile at least 400 times per day. People smile often and it is seen as a way of expressing joy and satisfaction.
