Linebarger Payment Report

Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today.
We are disputing Notice # 45978, Acct # 11164 as we believe these charges had previously been paid to Linebarger.
We filed a dispute with ETAN stating we believe these tolls were previously paid. The response we received was “After researching our records, we were not able to locate a payment on the account.”. However, as you and I discussed, there have been previous payments for tag # 1687PI.
This notice includes toll charges for a span of 8 months (6/25/15 – 2/19/16) and while I appreciate that the individual toll charges are listed on the notice it lacks the original THEA invoices.
The lack of original invoice numbers and the span of 8 months of tolls makes it a formidable task at the least, therefore, we are requesting the original THEA invoice numbers that correlate with notice # 45978 so that we can cross-reference them with our records.

So when we received the notice, I attempted to cross-reference them with the invoices and during that time I believe I found a discrepancy in payments made to Linebarger. (Please see attached spreadsheet which provides a breakdown of each invoice including charges, balance transfers to collections (column e), and payments.)
Based on the original THEA invoices, $2,719.86 in tolls ($1,154.55 for tag 1687PI and $1,565.31 for tag U627EI) were sent to Linebarger for collections, however, per our payment records, we paid Linebarger a total of $3,076.47 just from 7/2014 – 9/23/16. This leaves an overpayment of

Scott and Mia, I am not sure which one of your can help me, but in reconciling our account I have discovered a few issues and have some questions. The swiped amount on the reports provided for the GL reconciliation do not always match the swiped amount. I understand that a vendor can undercharge a charge and swipe a card multiple times, but I did not think they could process cards for more than the total payment amount. For example, in tying out our invoice for 2/28-3/6/2018 I found that the swiped amount ties to our invoice/what was paid out via our account, but the swiped amount is for a different amount than what was issued. In six of the seven instances where the swiped amount was different than the issued amount, the swiped amount…

Chuck, Yesterday Electrocon received a request from Jacob Lien of Ulteig for support in conjunction with work being done for Rochester Public Utilities. In reviewing your account, we believe there may be a violation of the CAPE license agreement occurring regarding the use of your CAPE license by a third-party. Your agreement does not allow your non-employee consultants to use CAPE outside your own premises. If Jacob is working at your office, there is no violation. If he is working outside of your facility, then Ulteig will need to acquire their own license for CAPE or Rochester Public Utilities will need to add Consulting Rights to your maintenance agreement.…

Main Line, however, argued there was no distinction between Basinger and Mighty Wind. Main Line said because the services bargained for were Basingers, when Basinger breached, Mighty Wind breached as well and that Mighty Wind was simply a “tax configuration.” The trial court said that everything that was done by Mighty Wind was done by Basinger and Basinger and Mighty Wind were not separated. The jury concluded both Basinger and Mighty Wind entered into oral and written contracts and had breached them. The defendants and appellants are appealing against the $8 million ruling against them from the judgement of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County in favor of Main Line Pictures.…

Mayor Erin Stewart is hoping with the new baseball team coming to town, it will revitalize the city once again. However, economical experts seem to believe the New Britain Bees will not cause an economic boom as hoped for. Donn M. Johnson, a Interim Chair of Economics and a professor of Sports Economics at Quinnipiac University, suggests that bringing a new team to a town does little to none economical improvement. According to Johnson, if the people who are going to the games are largely local then it is just arranging the way town citizens use their money. For example, the eight dollars used to buy a game ticket could instead be used to buy a small pizza pie from a local business owner.…

The Central Artery/Tunnel Project (CA/T), commonly referred to as the Big Dig, was a construction megaproject that took place in Boston, Massachusetts from 1982 to 2007 [1]. While there were many aspects to the project, the main goal of the project was to replace large parts of the highway infrastructure in the center of the city. The project has become infamous for vastly exceeding its intended budget. The initially estimated budget and completion date of $2.8 billion and 1998 ballooned into a cost of over $8 billion (when adjusted for 1982 dollars) and completion date of 2007 [2].…
