Lindsay Lohan's life has been dramatically affected by her introduction to Hollywood at such a young age; therefore, depicting her life as the archetype of the loss of innocence. A young, bright eyed Lohan was cast in her first Disney film at age eleven, causing her to slowly gain media and public attention. A string of teen Disney movies would soon follow, quickly turning a still young and impressionable Lohan into the hottest new sex symbol in Hollywood. Along with the fame and adoration came the parties, where Lohan was introduced to drugs and alcohol as a teenager. Quite soon, a series of DUI's and a reputation for flaky behaviour and drug abuse caused Lindsay Lohan to gain notoriety throughout Hollywood, which proved to be a turning point
