Lindey: A Positive Role Model

Lindsey is highly professional. In a group setting, she acts with the utmost respect and patiently waits until everyone has given their views on a certain topic. She is a leader, but does not control her group. She instead works with everyone involved and ensures that everyone has a major contribution to the overall project. She is also very creative and has a passion for sharing her creativity. She has a way of talking to others that is beyond reproach. Lindey’s drive and communication skills have lead her to be a very strong individual who stands up for what she believes in, and has enabled her to become a positive role model for those around her.
