Lil Yatchy Lil Yachty also know as “Lil Boat” is my favorite rapper. He said he would not tell people his real name because he wanted to be called Yachty. His music is so unique and different. He has a different style of rap which makes a lot of people interested in his music. He just started putting out his music for everyone, and his music is already spreading across the world. He stated in an interview, “I did parodys while I was growing up, but I never put them out there.” Lil Boat was born on August 23, 1997 in the United States.He was grew up in the West side of Georgia. He is 18 years old, and a rapper and singer. He has a younger sister and an older brother. “While Iwas growing up Ilistened to a lot of Coldplay.” As he stated in an interview. His album just released in March and is already world wide. Most people know him by his songs, but others also know him by his hair, “My hair be red like a cherry.” as he says in one of his songs. Throughout his life he has had braids most of it. He was talking about how his mother made him cut it because he was going in for a job interview, and when he got to work everyone had long hair. He mentioned he was upset because he loved his hair. His mother notcied he was sad about his hair, so she suggested him to dye it red.

Ian put him on a global scale which opened up doors and made it a lot easier for Lil Boat. Once he started getting gou tin the world, he started meeting more famous rappers. After he met Ian he started meeting more known people such as Playboi Carti and Soulja Boy. Soulja Boy was Yachty’s idol. He had always wanted meet him, and on eday they took him to Soulja Boy’s house. When he first walked in, no one was at his house.
